Summary:

 

This position requires an individual with a bachelor’s degree to provide instruction to English Language Learners for up to 10 hours per week in the evening.

 

Job Description:

• Provide effective adult ELL instruction that integrates workforce employment training and exploration
• Provide effective adult ELL instruction that integrates EL/Civics standards and technology Implement a variety of interactive classroom instructional techniques to engage students
• Participate in professional development for continuous individual and program improvement
• Perform all standardized assessment, documentation and student follow-up as required
• Assume other ELL responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Successful teaching experience
• ELL experience preferred
• Possess basic technology skills sufficient to assist students
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
