Position Title:   

Math Teacher

Position Summary: 

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching the Indiana Academic Standards for secondary math, which can include the following: general mathmatics, pre-algebra, algebra, and/or math applications. The selected applicant will teach, plan, conduct and assess effectiveness of math lessons for all students.

Immediate Supervisor: 

Building Principal

Qualifications:   

• Valid Indiana License/Certification in Mathematics
• Highly Qualified
• Master's Degree or higher preferred
• Experience teaching varying levels of math courses preferred

*Candidate must not have had a recommendation for probation assistance on their most recent evaluation.

 

COMPENSATION: 

• Starting salary for new teachers with 0 years' experience will be $46,000 for SY24-25. Compensation increases with experience and education, according to the current salary placement schedule. (Placement to be assessed during the onboarding process and includes prior employment verifications.)
